Zero Drug Tolerance as well as No "Hard Liquor".

All offshore trips will be restricted to no more than 4 anglers, unless special arrangements are made (Due to Solas Life Boat maximum capacities and storage limits for survival suits). The Albemarle also carries a cockpit soft pack life raft as well as a commercial, heavy duty sea anchor.

All deposits shall be refunded if the trip cannot be made due to weather, sea conditions, or cancelled by the captain for other reasons.

NOTE: If we are "On Fish" The charter may last longer than planned and at no additonal charge. If you catch fish and have a good time please plan to tip the mate accordingly.
